As a parent, it's hard to keep track of your child's immunization records! Especially if you move states, or switch doctors. It's a pain to call around and figure out which immunizations your child still needs, or to have them mail you proof for things like school registration.

As an adult, it's even harder to access these records for travel that requires immunizations or booster shots. This app allows medical professionals to upload immunization records to your personal or family account.

How Does It Work?

1. Create An Account

In under 5 minutes, secure servers & strict privacy something in accordance with HIPPAA laws & regulations. Basic plan is free, Pro plan with extra features is only $4.99 a month!

2. Submit Records

Ideally you start your VaxTrack account before your child’s first shots, then you simply use the VaxTrack website or app to submit your records to our secure cloud server as your child gets their shots. If you start your VaxTrack account after they’ve received shots, you can still upload the records at your convivence, or your doctor can if they have a VaxTrack Doctors account (we’re adding networks of care providers daily!).

3. Confirm Your Information

Our automatic readers catch most things, but not everything. Confirm your submission for accuracy.

4. Access at Any Time

You'll never know when you might need to access yours or your family's records. Whether it's to sign up for sports, to enroll in school, or during an emergency, with the VaxTrack Android and iOS apps, your records are accessible to you at your fingertips.
